- Delivery Time: 1-4 business days
- Choose express shipping for faster delivery. Your order will arrive within 1-4 business days from the shipping date.
Please note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all locations within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We recommend providing a physical address to ensure your order is delivered promptly. We do ship to P.O. Boxes, but there may be delays with some carriers.
- Remote Areas: Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach areas may experience longer shipping times. If you are in a rural area, please be aware that delivery might take the full 8 business days.
6. Missing or Damaged Packages
