  • Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Please ensure the product is still in its original packaging and has not been used.

2. Return Process

6. Final Sale Items

Any items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are clearly labeled on the product page.

Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and any shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for returns to avoid any potential loss or damage.
